Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• The item is not damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products
• Items purchased during sale or clearance events
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at unwrpd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged). We'll respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges We replace items only if defective or damaged upon delivery. Write to us at unwrpd@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. UN-WRPD is not responsible for lost return shipments.
