Welcome to UNWRPD. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your access to and use of the UNWRPD website, including the purchase of products offered through the website.

By accessing the website, browsing the products, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order through it.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Customer”, “you” or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing the website or purchasing products from UNWRPD.

If an order has already been paid for and UNWRPD is unable to fulfil it due to stock unavailability, an applicable refund shall be processed in accordance with applicable law and the UNWRPD refund policy.

All product prices displayed on the Website shall be as specified at the time of purchase.

UNWRPD reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, offers, or other charges shall be displayed at checkout where applicable.

The price applicable to an order shall generally be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed.

In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, UNWRPD reserves the right to contact the Customer and provide an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

6. ORDER PLACEMENT

Customers may place orders by selecting the desired Product, adding it to the cart, providing the required information, and completing the checkout process.

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate billing and shipping information;
  • Provide valid contact details;
  • Make payment using an available payment method; and
  • Review the order details before completing the purchase.

An order confirmation shall generally be sent to the registered email address or contact information provided by the Customer.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute an unconditional guarantee of fulfilment where circumstances such as stock unavailability, payment failure, technical errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate issues arise.

7. PAYMENT

UNWRPD may provide various payment methods through authorized payment gateways and service providers.

The Customer agrees to provide valid and accurate payment information where required.

UNWRPD does not store sensitive payment information such as complete card details unless expressly permitted and handled in accordance with applicable security and privacy requirements by the relevant payment service provider.

Orders may be cancelled or placed on hold where payment is unsuccessful, reversed, disputed, flagged as fraudulent, or otherwise not successfully received.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

UNWRPD generally processes orders within 24–48 working hours after successful payment verification.

The expected delivery timeline is generally:

5–10 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending upon the delivery location, logistics partner, weather, public holidays, operational conditions, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of UNWRPD.

Free Shipping

Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping.

For orders of ₹999 or below, applicable shipping charges, if any, shall be displayed at checkout before payment.

9. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been dispatched, subject to the applicable cancellation process and operational feasibility.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Where cancellation is successfully approved after payment, the applicable refund shall be processed in accordance with the applicable refund policy and payment method.

UNWRPD may cancel an order where:

  • The Product is unavailable;
  • There is a pricing or technical error;
  • Payment has not been successfully received;
  • The order appears fraudulent or suspicious;
  • The delivery address is invalid or unserviceable; or
  • Other legitimate operational circumstances prevent fulfilment.

10. RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Returns, refunds, and exchanges shall be governed by the UNWRPD Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Customers are advised to review that Policy before placing an order.

Certain Products may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable due to their nature, promotional status, customization, condition, or other reasons specified on the Website.

Nothing in these Terms shall restrict any non-waivable statutory rights available to Customers under applicable law.

11. BREAKABLE AND FRAGILE PRODUCTS

Certain UNWRPD Products may be made from glass, ceramic, or other breakable or fragile materials.

Customers should inspect such Products promptly after delivery and retain the original packaging until the Product has been checked.

Any damage, breakage, leakage, crack, or other transit-related issue should be reported within the timeline specified in the UNWRPD Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

UNWRPD may request photographs, videos, packaging photographs, shipping labels, invoices, and/or unboxing evidence for verification.

12. USER ACCOUNT

Certain features of the Website may require the Customer to create an account.

The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.

Customers must immediately notify UNWRPD if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

UNWRPD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized activities.

13. PROHIBITED USE

No Customer may reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, copy, sell, or commercially exploit such content without prior written authorization from UNWRPD.

By submitting content, the Customer grants UNWRPD a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, display, and publish such content for legitimate business, marketing, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and the Company’s Privacy Policy.

17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

UNWRPD may use third-party service providers for services including:

The use of third-party services may be subject to the respective third party’s terms and policies.

UNWRPD shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Fire;
  • Epidemics or pandemics;
  • War;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Strikes;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Power or internet failures;
  • Logistics disruptions; or

UNWRPD shall make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations when circumstances permit.

21. FRAUD, ABUSE AND MISUSE

UNWRPD reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against orders or accounts where it reasonably suspects:

  • Fraudulent activity;
  • Payment abuse;
  • Multiple-account misuse;
  • Promotional code abuse;
  • False damage or return claims;
  • Reselling or bulk purchasing in violation of stated restrictions;
  • Chargeback abuse; or

Customers may raise complaints or grievances relating to their orders, Products, Website experience, returns, refunds, exchanges, or other concerns through the customer support and grievance redressal mechanisms provided by UNWRPD.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Website, Products, or transactions with UNWRPD shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict any statutory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

UNWRPD reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms from time to time.

Any updated version shall be published on the official UNWRPD Website.

The revised Terms shall become effective from the date specified in the updated version.

26. SEVERABILITY

The remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the UNWRPD Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the applicable terms governing the Customer’s use of the Website and purchase of Products from UNWRPD.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific product or transaction policy, the specific policy shall apply to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.

28. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the UNWRPD Website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If the Customer does not agree with these Terms, the Customer should refrain from using the Website or placing an order.
